2. How to make a payment?
For cash deposit payment, kindly upload your receipt as attachment upon submitting your order.

3. How can I check my order status?
Please check in Order & Delivery.
After your shipment is posted out, your Order status will switch from “Paid” to “Shipped” with a courier company tracking number.
4. How do I entitle for free shipping?
To purchase up to RM88 for free shipping promotion in West Malaysia or RM120 for free shipping promotion in East Malaysia (Sabah / Sarawak).
For International order, currently we do not have any free shipping promotion.
5. When will I receive my purchase?
We will process for your purchase within 2 working days upon completion of payment. Thereafter, within 1-2 working days, you will be able to receive your products!
However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

6. What to do if my order item is out of stock?
We will notify you when your order item is out of stock, you can either choose to wait for the stock or refund.
